Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RAYU Auto Surf at https://rayu.org/ (the “Service”), operated by [your name or company] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to earn more points is not allowed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.

2. How surfing works

• When you start surfing, member sites open one by one in a separate browser tab.
• Every visit lasts exactly 20 seconds. This visit length is fixed and is the same for every member; it cannot be changed by members or administrators.
• You earn 1 point for every second you view (1 second = 1 point). A completed 20-second visit earns 20 points.
• Points are added only when a visit is completed in an open, visible surf tab. Visits that are stopped, skipped, closed or run in a hidden tab earn no points.
• Only one surf tab per account earns points at a time.

3. Fair use

You must surf personally. The following are prohibited:

• Bots, scripts, browser extensions, auto-refreshers or any automation that surfs for you.
• Manipulating timers, requests or the Service’s code to obtain points.
• Using the Service to generate clicks on advertisements or any other fraudulent activity.

We may remove points earned in breach of these rules and suspend or close the account involved.

4. Points

• Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
• We may correct points that were added by mistake or through abuse.
• Points may be lost if your account is closed.

5. Sites you add

You may only add sites you own or are authorised to promote. Sites must not contain or link to:

• Illegal content, malware, phishing or deceptive downloads;
• Adult, violent or hateful content;
• Code that breaks out of frames, redirects the surf tab, or opens excessive pop-ups;
• Content that infringes other people’s rights.

Sites may go live automatically, but we may review, reject, edit the address of, or remove any site at any time. Sites that block being displayed inside other sites (iframe) cannot be shown in surf. If you use an advertising network on your site, you are responsible for following that network’s rules about traffic sources.

6. Third-party sites and advertising

Sites shown during surfing are run by other members. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, offers or privacy practices. Our home page may show advertisements from third parties.

7. Suspension and termination

We may deactivate or close accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by contacting [your contact email].

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any number of visits, results or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country]. Disputes are subject to the courts of [your city/country], unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
